'Everyday is a fashion show & the world's your runway' - Coco Chanel

There's no reason to wait for the Lunar New Year to wear these beautiful pieces. Make a statement in your daily life & conquer the runway by picking up these stunning pieces to turn them into everyday staples. Here we picked out a couple of our favourite pieces of clothing and featured 2 different looks you can do with them. :)

Personally, one of my favourite texture combination has gotta be pleather & denim, especially so if it's with a casual denim jacket & a slightly more dressed up pair of pleather pants. The denim jacket gives a more casual & relaxed vibe, while the pleather gives the entire look an extra oomph & sass. Pair it up with a pair of pumps, your favourite bag & you're ready for a laid back day out in town.

This look is truly about a mix of texture. The subtle lace detailing all across the romper with a flirty chiffon skirt over it. With the 90's vibe still going strong this year, I rocked this look with a denim jacket tied around the waist. Simple flats & your favourite sunnies finish off the look perfectly.

I love an all white look. There's no getting over that. It's clean. Sleek. And just perfect. A little on the higher maintenance part, but so worth it. For this particular look, I really felt like I was ready for my fancy cruise holiday now. #keepdreaming

We're kinda bummed that FMFA won't be held in Malaysia this year, and there's also that simple fact where it totally clashes with Viper Challenge which we signed up for. If we were to head out to any festivals this year, this would be the kinda look we'd rock. Short, short lengths because it's hot & humid in Malaysia. A throw on jacket for when it gets cold at night. A small bag for some cash & ID. A pair of boots are a must to protect your toes from getting stepped on & in case it rains! #ilikebeingprepared

There's something deeply seductive & mysterious about a lady in lace. A good lace dress in a comfortable fit is a great staple to have in your wardrobe. They're perfect for weddings, date night, special occasions or just anytime you feel like adding a little glamour to your look. A sequin clutch and heels finish off the look perfectly.

With my recent hair colour change to this warm, slightly gingerish hue, I've been a little more partial to the colour blue. I've never really been a fan of it before, but because I wanted to balance out the sharp orangey tone in my hair, I knew that the coolness of blue would be perfect for it. This look is great for running about town between meetings and once the midi skirt comes off, you've got an above the knee cocktail dress for the night.

This photo shoot was one of the few we did outside of our humble little makeshift studio. My sister & I woke up bright and early at 5am, got ready & headed out at 645am! All because we wanted to catch the lovely early morning sun. :)

Let us know in the comments down below, which of these looks are your favourites. :)
