‘Four-game losing streak’ Samsung faces a more worrying 19-game losing streak away from home

With a 17-game losing streak on the road, Samsung is in danger of becoming the league’s longest losing streak away from home.

The Seoul Samsung dropped to their knees against the Ulsan Hyundai Mobis 69-77 at Ulsan Dongcheon Gymnasium on Monday. A win was the most important thing for the team to get out of the shock of their 58-94 loss to Wonju DB on the 7th, but they didn’t get it.

Leading 44-40 early in the third quarter, Samsung gave up nine straight points while missing six free throws. They rallied to tie the game at 52-52 at the end of the third quarter. However, after three consecutive miscues at the start of the fourth quarter, the team lost the momentum and collapsed.

Samsung, which lost its fourth straight game, is in ninth place with a 2-6 record. Daegu Korea Gas Corporation (1-6) did not fall to 10th place as it lost to Suwon KT on the same day.

“When we go up, it’s a home game and a derby against SK, so we will reorganize and prepare to end the losing streak at home,” Samsung coach Eun Hee-seok said.

Samsung has back-to-back home games against Seoul SK on Nov. 11 and Anyang Jeonggwanjang on Nov. 14.

Samsung is 2-3 at home this season. Ending the first round on a winning note would be ideal.

However, Samsung ended last season on a 14-game losing streak away from home. They’ve also lost all three of their away games so far this season.

In other words, Samsung has lost 17 straight away games.

This is the second-longest losing streak on the road, behind Daegu Dongyang (now Goyang Sono), Seoul SK, and Samsung’s 18-game losing streak.

One more loss on the road will tie the record for the longest losing streak, and another loss will set a new record for the longest losing streak.

Samsung’s next away game is against DB on the 18th. They will face SK again two days later on the 20th. DB is the strongest team this season, currently undefeated. SK is a shaky team right now, but when they meet Samsung again, they will have Ahn Young-joon, who is preparing to make a comeback by building up his body thoroughly. This will be a different team. 캡틴토토 주소

Samsung will have to overcome a tough opponent if they want to avoid setting a new KBL record of 19 consecutive away losses.

They were without Signe Jin and Lee Woo-seok, and Gage Prim left the court at the end of the third quarter. Against Hyundai Mobis, they were unable to end their losing streak on the road after a lapse in concentration at the start of the fourth quarter.
