Hanwha Eagles hire Samsung’s Kim Jae-gul and Kiwoom’s Park Jae-sang as coaches

The Hanwha Eagles, a professional baseball team, has hired two new coaches.

Hanwha announced on Tuesday that it has hired coaches Kim Jae-gul and Park Jae-sang.

Kim will be in charge of the first team’s offense and infield (third base), and Park will be in charge of the first team’s outfield and infield (first base).

Kim played for the Samsung Lions from 1995 to 2009 and has been coaching since 2010. He coached players mainly in the fielding and baserunning areas before becoming Samsung’s second team coach in the 2023 season. 안전놀이터

Park Jae-sang played for the SK Wyverns (now the SSG Landers) from 2001 to 2017 and began his coaching career with SK in 2018. Since 2022, he has been the operations and first base coach for the Kiwoom Heroes.

The Hanwha Eagles will benefit from Kim’s expertise and experience in the field, as well as Park’s energy and communication skills.
