Payment Options

Direct Bank Transfer to Public Bank, CIMB, Maybank
Account details will be given during check out & in your email once orders are confirmed.

Online Bank Transfer / Credit Card via Ipay88

We accept payment from any local bank via Ipay88.
Follow the instructions at checkout. You'll be able to login to your bank account seamlessly and make payment immediately to secure your item(s). 
We accept payment from most major credit & debit cards via Ipay88.
Follow the instructions at checkout to fill in your card details for payment. 

Credit Card/Paypal
Follow the instructions at checkout. You can still pay via credit card on Paypal even if you don’t have a Paypal account.

Kindly ensure payment is made within 24hours otherwise your order will be cancelled automatically. Once payment has been made, please inform us with proof of receipt. Items will be sent out within 1-3 working days of payment clearance. 


Shipping Options
Malaysia via Poslaju: RM8 flat rate throughout Malaysia. Delivery time within 1-3 working days.

Free express shipping within Malaysia for all orders above RM120. 

Singapore via Registered Post: RM30 flat rate. Delivery time within 7-20 working days.

International: Shipping options, delivery times & costs vary according to weight, size & country. Email us directly for more information.

All parcels will be shipped out within 1-3 working days upon receipt of payment.

Pos Malaysia call centre operating hours: Mon – Fri, 830AM – 800PM. Sat, 830AM – 500PM. Closed on every 1st Saturday of the month & public holidays.

Please note that we will not be held responsible for missing parcel due to a mistake in delivery address, damaged parcel or any other mishaps that may occur during delivery. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken on our side to protect all items in the parcel. 


I've got a discount code and want to use it but don't know how! 

HOORAY! Congratulations on receiving a discount code!
Web: After you've added all your items to Bag, click the 'Checkout' button and you'll be redirected to a page to login or key in your shipping details. The Discount bar will be on the top right of the page.

Mobile: After you've added all your items to Bag, click the 'Checkout' button and you'll be redirected to a page to login or key in your shipping details. At the top of the page, click 'Show Order Summary', you'll be able to see all the items you ordered & the discount bar.


Help! I placed an order but didn't receive a confirmation email! 

In the event that you've already placed an order and haven't received an email, please check your account to ensure your email is correct, otherwise contact us directly and provide the email you used to place your order, items you purchased and any other order details you might have.

Exchanges & Returns 

We do our best to inspect every piece of item that we send out so in the case that you have received a defective item, do talk to us immediately & we’ll fix it for you.

We’re not responsible for any damage, losses or costs incurred through use of the product.

We’re not able to refund sold items. Exchanges within 7 days (for non-sale/promotion/discounted items) are possible via postage (borne by buyer).

Exchange items have to be returned in its original condition with tags intact, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and purchased directly from us. We reserve the right to reject any item we deem unfit and do not meet the conditions above.

Most of our items come in one size. Sizes (if applicable) will be displayed on individual product pages. Detailed measurements, model details & fit guide will be provided on each product page. See our Sizing Guide & Conversion for more details information.
